Terms of Service

By accessing or using Narrify at https://narrify.in, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Narrify provides AI text-to-speech voice generation for creators. Features include voice selection, script-based generation, credit-based usage, generation history, MP3 download, and credit pack purchases. Features may change over time as the product evolves.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Sign-in is available via email/password or Google OAuth through Supabase Auth.

New accounts may receive 3,000 free credits at signup, subject to change. One account per person unless otherwise authorized.

Voice generation consumes credits based on script length (1 character = 1 credit, minimum 10 credits per generation, up to 5,000 characters per script). Playback and download of generated audio do not consume additional credits.

Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire or change according to product updates unless otherwise stated at purchase. [Configure: credit expiry policy if any]

Paid credit packs are sold as one-time purchases processed through Razorpay in INR. Current packs: Starter: ₹699 for 30,000 credits; Creator: ₹1,299 for 70,000 credits; Pro: ₹2,199 for 1,50,000 credits. Successful payment adds credits to your account after server-side verification.

Prices and pack contents may change. Taxes, if applicable, are your responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Credit pack purchases are generally non-refundable once credits are added to your account, except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion for verified billing errors. Failed generations before audio is saved are refunded automatically in credits according to the implemented product behavior — not as cash refunds.

You retain ownership of scripts you submit. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to use any text you generate voice audio from. Generated audio output is provided for your use subject to these terms and any applicable third-party provider restrictions (including ElevenLabs terms).

You grant Narrify the limited rights necessary to process, store, and deliver your scripts and generated audio to operate the service.

You agree not to:

• Use Narrify for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Generate content that violates others' rights or applicable law
• Attempt to bypass credit, rate-limit, or security controls
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service
• Share account access or resell credits without authorization

Narrify depends on third parties including Supabase, ElevenLabs, Razorpay, Google (for optional sign-in), and Vercel. Your use may be subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party outages or policy changes.

We aim to keep Narrify available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, third-party failures, or account limits may affect generation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms, suspected abuse, or legal requirements. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that should survive termination (including limitations of liability) will remain in effect.

Narrify and generated audio are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. AI-generated voices may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing output before publication.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Narrify and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to Narrify in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or INR 1,000 if you paid nothing.
