Privacy Policy

Narrify (https://narrify.in) provides AI text-to-speech voice generation for creators. This Privacy Policy explains what data we process, why we process it, and the choices available to you. This document reflects the data flows implemented in the current Narrify product.

Account information: When you create an account, we store your email address and basic profile data through Supabase Auth. If you sign in with Google, we receive account information provided by Google according to your Google account settings (such as email and display name).

Scripts and generated content: Text you submit for voice generation and metadata about each generation (voice selected, credits used, timestamps) are stored in our database. Generated MP3 audio is stored in private Supabase Storage associated with your account.

Credit and usage data: We maintain your credit balance, credit transaction ledger, generation history, and rate-limit records to operate billing and prevent abuse.

Payment information: Credit pack purchases are processed by Razorpay. We store order references, payment status, package purchased, and credits added. We do not store full card or UPI credentials on Narrify servers — Razorpay handles payment instrument data according to its own policies.

Local preferences: Some settings (such as default voice preferences) may be stored in your browser's local storage on your device.

Narrify relies on third-party providers to deliver the service, including:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and private file storage
• ElevenLabs — text-to-speech synthesis (your script is sent to ElevenLabs to generate audio)
• Razorpay — payment processing for credit pack purchases in INR
• Vercel — application hosting; Vercel Analytics may collect anonymized usage data in production
• Google — optional Google sign-in through Supabase Auth

Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy policies. We share only what is necessary to provide the feature you use.

Narrify uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in (Supabase session cookies) and to operate the website securely. We do not use advertising cookies in the current implementation.

In production, Narrify may use Vercel Analytics to understand aggregate site usage. Analytics is not enabled in local development builds.

We retain account and generation data while your account is active and as needed to operate the service. You can delete individual generation history entries from the History page, which removes the database record and attempts to remove associated stored audio files.

We use industry-standard measures including authenticated access controls, row-level security in Supabase, private storage buckets, and server-side payment verification. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us via the Contact Support page. We will respond subject to applicable law and verification requirements.

Narrify is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
